The park is located in a romantic high mountain valley and grants visitors a breathtaking panorama view of probably one of the most beautiful heads of a valley in Austria. On convenient paths, you can stroll through the wildlife park and meet the animal inhabitants of the region.

The park is situated at the start of the Großglockner High Alpine road and the start of the Käfertal - which is a beautiful, unaffected mountain valley which offers nice walks and hikes.

Unlimited entrance to the Nationalpark museum in Mittersill. The exhibition NationalparkWorlds in Mittersill presents you the fabulous world of the Hohe Tauern mountain range.
