The Ski & Golf World Championships from May 9th to May 13th 2012 are among the annually sportive highlights in the area of Zell am See - Kaprun. Very well known sportsman from all around the world take every year part in this sportive event.
Everybody can take part in this event as long as you are a full member of a approved golfclub and your handicap is 18 or lower. Please find more information at the website of the Ski & Golf World Championshiops 2012.

06:00 p.m.: Opening ceremony at the townsquare of Zell am See with the local bras band
06:30 p.m.: Numbers draw for skiing competition - Thursday May 10th 2012
skiing competitions at the glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn (9000 ft.)
08:00 a.m.: First ascent to Kitzsteinhorn glacier
10:00 a.m.: Start giant slalom, afterwards free skiing
01:00 p.m.: Golf practice (only one round included in entry fee) - Friday May 11th 2012

These rates only apply for participants of the Ski & Golf World Championships 2012 and are in Euro per person per night based on double occupancy including breakfast, service and all taxes.
